What you will do

• Collaborate with development, sales, and engineering teams to define testing requirements for new features and designs.
• Plan and build complex network topologies to emulate real-world customer environments and use cases.
• Execute exhaustive test plans focusing on potential failure points, performance, and realistic scale.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform root cause analysis in collaboration with development teams.
• Provide customer-centric input during test plan reviews and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support TAC and POC teams with escalation reproduction and demo efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or Networking.
• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex end-to-end network environments.
• Expert knowledge of L2/L3 technologies including OSPF, BGP, VxLAN, MPLS, EVPN, and STP.
• Proficiency with industry-standard CLI, SNMP, and API interfaces for switch administration.
• Experience with Linux tools (tcpdump, iperf, strace) and scripting in Python or TCL.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate independently.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in system testing.
• ACE L4, CCIE, or JNCIE certifications.
