IP Network Engineer (IoT)

What you will do

• Design and deploy network and security systems, including firewalls, web filtering, and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Maintain the availability and performance of business-critical IP networks.
• Define and enforce security rules for firewalls and virtual private networks (IPSEC, SSL VPNs).
• Provide escalated support and troubleshooting to ensure high availability of the security infrastructure.
• Create and maintain detailed network and security documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement new networking hardware and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with TCP/IP protocols, including BGP, OSPF, IPv6, and IP/MPLS.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls from Juniper, Fortinet, and Cisco.
• Strong skills in network design, implementation, and complex troubleshooting.
• Fluent English proficiency is a must.
• Experience with Linux/Unix network configuration and debugging.
• Knowledge of common network security threats and mitigation best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, other public cloud vendors, or virtual environments (VMware/KVM).
• Knowledge of core cellular network structure.
• Ability to develop scripts using Python.
• Professional certifications such as JNCIP, CCNP, or Security certifications.
