What you will do

• Own the entire finance function including FP&A, accounting, treasury, and tax.
• Build and maintain financial models, annual plans, and weekly cash/inventory forecasts.
• Manage global tax compliance and transfer pricing across US and China entities.
• Optimize DTC unit economics, including contribution margins, LTV/CAC, and payback periods.
• Lead the ERP roadmap (NetSuite) and integrate financial systems with Shopify and 3PLs.
• Build and manage the internal finance team, including controllers and FP&A specialists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of finance experience, with 1+ years in a leadership role (Director, VP, or Head of Finance).
• Direct experience in high-growth DTC brands ($20M–$100M revenue) or logistics (3PL, warehousing).
• Fluency in DTC unit economics and GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of US multi-state tax and international jurisdictions.
• Experience with cross-border operations between US and China, including FX and customs.
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Direct experience operating with a Chinese WFOE or equivalent entity.
• Mandarin language proficiency (reading/speaking).
• Multi-channel DTC experience (Amazon, marketplaces, retail, wholesale).
• ERP implementation or migration experience.
