What you will do

  • Manage daily production issues and user requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear client communication.
  • Perform functional and technical analysis of business requirements for structured product systems.
  • Monitor system operations and pricing performance to provide risk and performance indicators.
  • Document workflows, requirements, and technical designs for IT development.
  • Conduct QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and handle production deployments.
  • Apply ITIL methodology for incident and system change management.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or Finance.
  • Experience in capital markets, including equities and derivatives.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Shell scripting.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of system monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, and Prometheus.
  • English: C1 (Fluent) required

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Java and Excel/VBA.
  • Experience in fast-paced trading floor environments.
