TL;DR

Red Team Services Consultant (Cybersecurity): Executing and leading offensive security engagements and adversary emulation to help organizations strengthen their defensive posture with an accent on high-impact findings and pragmatic remediation. Focus on attacking Active Directory, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and developing custom offensive tooling to identify critical security gaps.

What you will do

• Lead and execute Red Team and penetration testing engagements across diverse scopes and environments.
• Manage engagements by coordinating with clients, directing team members, and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Produce high-quality technical reports documenting attack paths and remediation strategies for both technical teams and executives.
• Develop custom offensive tools and conduct research to improve team capabilities and methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal Blue teams to translate offensive findings into concrete defensive improvements.
• Present complex technical material clearly to senior stakeholders and CISOs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Red Team operations and planning end-to-end penetration testing assessments.
• Advanced proficiency with C2 frameworks, OPSEC tradecraft, and detection avoidance techniques.
• Deep expertise in attacking Active Directory, including privilege escalation and lateral movement.
• Experience attacking AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure and identity access paths.
• Ability to develop offensive tools or automate assessment tasks using code.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Offensive security certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSED, OSCE3, GPEN, GXPN, CRTP, CRTO, CRT, or CCT-INF.
• Language proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi, or Thai.
• Experience with hardware, embedded systems, physical security, or OT/ICS environments.
• Active security community participation (CVEs, published research, conference talks).
• Experience using AI tooling to accelerate research and automation.
