Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: 80,000 - 120,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Perform penetration testing on on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
• Exploit Active Directory and Hybrid Entra ID misconfigurations to elevate privileges and move laterally.
• Assess cloud storage, cloud functions, and perform container escapes in Kubernetes.
• Lead full-spectrum red team engagements from initial access and social engineering to the final kill chain.
• Engineer resilient infrastructure, custom implants, and TTPs to evade EDRs and remove IOCs.
• Develop custom runbooks for purple team engagements based on the Unified Kill Chain.

Requirements

• Proven experience in infrastructure testing across cloud and Active Directory.
• Must be based in Canada for the remote role.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time offensive security experience (mandatory for Red Team operators).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
• OSCP certification is preferred.
