Location: Must be local to the Los Angeles metropolitan area (Hybrid: in-office 2-3 days a week in El Segundo, CA)

Salary: $30 - $40 per hour

What you will do

• Design high-impact creative for platforms (app, mobile, desktop), social media, paid media, and marketing campaigns.
• Create visually compelling assets designed to drive audience acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Translate series IP into engaging visuals that effectively communicate story, tone, and appeal.
• Partner with video and motion teams to concept and develop creative for performance-driven campaigns.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Creative Directors, and marketers in a fast-paced environment.
• Apply trend awareness and audience insights to ensure work remains culturally relevant.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in visual design for digital platforms at an agency or in-house team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-minded, campaign, or audience-driven design.
• Excellent typography, color, and layout skills with a strong grasp of visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Must be local to the Los Angeles metropolitan area for a hybrid work arrangement.
• A portfolio and cover letter are required for consideration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with motion tools such as After Effects and Premiere.
• Passion for storytelling, comics, games, film, TV, and animation.
