What you will do

• Design and evaluate no-code automation workflows for business use cases including marketing, operations, and data pipelines.
• Build and optimize trigger/action-based automations using Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools.
• Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) into workflows to enhance performance and decision logic.
• Ensure accurate and reliable data synchronization between multiple SaaS tools, APIs, and webhooks.
• Analyze automation performance to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and refine automation logic for stability and reliability.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in no-code automation, workflow design, or low-code development.
• Strong expertise in Zapier and Make.com, including multi-step workflows, routers, filters, and conditional logic.
• Proven ability to manage complex automation systems across CRM, marketing tools, and data systems.
• Solid background in integrating APIs, webhooks, and structured outputs (Google Sheets, Airtable, JSON).
• Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into automation pipelines.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above required.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
• Portfolio or examples of previous automation projects.
