What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated responses on M&A, strategy, due diligence, market analysis, and corporate structuring.
• Evaluate AI outputs for analytical rigor, strategic insight, and real-world business relevance.
• Draft realistic corporate scenarios, including acquisition targets, synergy models, and integration plans.
• Create scenario variations from diverse perspectives, such as acquirers, board members, investors, or analysts.
• Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, and weak business logic in AI-generated content.

Requirements

• Senior-level professional experience in corporate development, M&A, strategy, or management consulting.
• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Several years of hands-on experience in deal evaluation, financial analysis, and corporate governance.
• Strong ability to distinguish between technically plausible and practically sound business solutions.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
