TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Hong Kong), teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

  • Systematically verify and validate the implementation of pixels and tags (analytics, conversion, remarketing) across client websites and campaigns.
  • Perform functional testing using browser developer tools to ensure tracking codes fire according to technical specifications.
  • Identify, document, and report tracking discrepancies or implementation errors to technical and account teams.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all validation checks, findings, and fix statuses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to confirm that technical updates and fixes have been successfully deployed.
  • Ensure all tracking implementations adhere to company best practices and governance protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency with web browsers, developer tools (inspecting elements, console errors), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Must be based in Hong Kong to support the hybrid work model (office ~4 days/week).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms.
  • Basic understanding of Tag Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and website functionality.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, ad operations, or quality assurance (QA) roles.
