What you will do

• Act as tactical risk reducer by questioning decisions, providing 'what if?' perspectives, and tracking production environments.
• Embed core QA activities: exploratory testing, shift-left, and collaborative QA shared across the team.
• Analyze technical architecture to contribute to discussions and improve products.
• Support effective testing by all team members, defining testing types and boundaries.
• Advocate for stable, efficient CI/CD pipelines with awareness of infrastructure costs.
• Highlight process improvements in iterative SDLC and stay aware of industry standards and regulations.
• Contribute to QA community growth through sharing tools, techniques, and knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience in iterative SDLC with focus on risk surfacing and reduction.
• Strong understanding of technical architecture and ability to question decisions.
