What you will do

• Lead QA team in close collaboration with video game production teams on a key project.
• Provide hands-on leadership, team development through trainings, reviews, and evaluations.
• Define testing plans and processes with producers and stakeholders for embedded and general QA.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and thorough testing coverage.
• Contribute to QA tools development and deployment.
• Maintain excellent communication and teamwork across disciplines.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken) mandatory
• At least 3 years in QA lead role in games (or relevant IT experience).
• Proven track record shipping games (prefer AAA) on PC, console, mobile in senior/lead roles.
• Project and people management skills.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, JIRA/TTP, Excel, PowerPoint, QA tools.
• SCRUM/Agile practices, critical thinking, analytical skills.
