Senior Staff Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Staff Product Manager (Content Hub): Owning and scaling a central content hub and e-commerce experience for branded merchandise and strategic partnerships with an accent on end-to-end operational ownership and cross-functional coordination. Focus on launching the MVP, designing the operating model for partners and suppliers, and integrating technical features into the Nu app.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 times/week) in Miami, US or São Paulo, BR. Relocation support available.

What you will do

• Own the content hub and merchandise store end-to-end, from concept to daily operations, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
• Lead the MVP launch, including content and merchandise drops for global partners such as Mercedes and Inter Miami CF.
• Design and run the operating model, including supplier selection, SLA definition, and logistics/support flow management.
• Partner with engineers to scope and prioritize technical integrations, APIs, and e-commerce plug-ins.
• Optimize discovery and entry points to the hub within the hirify.global app and on partner surfaces.
• Coordinate a cross-functional stakeholder landscape involving Legal, Tax, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive senior experience (Senior Staff/IC level) in Product Management, Product Operations, or Product Marketing.
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of complex consumer-facing products or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or content platforms, including logistics and partner integrations.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs and technical capabilities.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Miami, US or São Paulo, BR.

• Experience building fan communities or loyalty experiences with major sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
• Background in navigating legal, tax, and regulatory implications for digital commerce products.
