What you will do

• Build and ship full-stack AI applications, iterating based on user feedback and performance.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial idea through to production deployment.
• Develop foundational infrastructure, including search/retrieval services and MCP servers.
• Build intelligent agents and complex workflows.
• Implement measurement systems and feedback loops to continuously improve AI behavior.
• Debug and solve complex technical issues across the entire stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade frontend and backend code.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and PHP.
• Experience building workflows, APIs, state management, and asynchronous systems.
• Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte.
• Proven track record of applying LLMs or ML models in real production applications.
