What you will do

• Contribute high-quality code across backend and frontend systems
• Design scalable services, APIs, and data models for long-term growth
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and problem-solving
• Own complex performance and scalability challenges from investigation to resolution
• Translate product requirements into technical designs and scoped tickets
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver impactful solutions
• Establish best practices for code quality, observability, and reliability
• Introduce AI-enabled workflows and tools where they add value

Requirements

• 7+ years professional software engineering with fullstack ownership
• Expertise in Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong React and modern frontend patterns
• Production PHP and MySQL experience
• Python for backend services, scripting, or integrations
• AWS systems building and operation
• Scalable architecture design and performance optimization
• Deep fullstack problem-solving and debugging
• Technical lead experience mentoring engineers
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to have

• AI-powered features building or integration
• LangGraph, LangChain, or agent-based frameworks
• AI tools for engineering velocity and code quality
• DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Cypress or end-to-end testing
