What you will do

• Design and implement API-based integrations between the platform and enterprise systems (CRMs, contact center platforms, ITSM tools).
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and client technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across APIs, services, and distributed systems.
• Document integration workflows, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.
• Contribute to the improvement of integration frameworks and technical standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in API integrations, backend development, or system integration projects.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and data exchange formats.
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, and token-based authentication.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript, Python, or similar backend technologies.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems like CRM or ITSM platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Genesys, or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware, or automation tools.
• Exposure to cloud environments and microservices architectures.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS or AI-automation environments.
