What you will do

• Translate complex stablecoin and financial infrastructure concepts into compelling narratives and campaigns for builders and financial institutions.
• Own and steward the creative vision, voice, and visual system across web, social, product marketing, and investor communications.
• Establish the creative function, including rituals, briefs, and review standards to ensure high craft and clarity.
• Manage the internal design team and oversee external creative studios and agencies.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align creative decisions with business outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership roles (Creative Director, Head of Brand, or equivalent).
• Portfolio of category-defining brand work, preferably within high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto companies.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to sophisticated audiences.
• Hands-on mastery across brand identity, art direction, copywriting, and design systems.
• Experience shipping on-brand work within regulated frameworks in partnership with legal and compliance teams.
• Must be based in the USA.
