What you will do

• Drive a complete frontend re-architecture to transition the platform from a consumer app to a suite of B2B products.
• Implement a local-first sync engine to ensure data is always up to date across the application.
• Design and develop comprehensive offline mode capabilities.
• Deconstruct the monolithic application into a scalable micro frontend architecture.
• Optimize critical performance metrics to dramatically reduce time to first paint.
• Collaborate with other staff+ engineers to lead and execute major technical initiatives across the stack.

Requirements

• Proven experience at a Staff+ engineering level with a track record of making long-lasting technical decisions.
• Ability to take full ownership of ambiguous projects and balance speed with quality.
• Experience navigating complex codebases and managing technical debt in a startup environment.
• Strong orientation toward delivering high-impact solutions that solve core customer problems.
• Must be located in North America (USA or Canada).
• Ability to thrive in a high-standard environment with frequent coaching and peer challenges.
