What you will do
- Define, build, and own the AI SDLC system, including agentic workflows, tooling, and guardrails for Experience Engineering.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in agentic SDLC to continuously raise the bar for how software is built.
- Enable engineers across teams to gain leverage from AI through patterns, examples, and hands-on support.
- Partner with UX, UI, and QA Principal Architects to translate strategic direction into clear, actionable patterns.
- Mentor engineers across the organization to improve overall craft and delivery standards.
- Utilize delivery metrics and quality signals to drive continuous system improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 8+ years of professional experience across frontend engineering, experience design, and quality.
- Proven ability to build production-ready interfaces using modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong expertise in automated testing and maintaining quality within CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) in a professional setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with shared patterns, design systems, or component libraries.
- Experience mentoring engineers beyond a single team.
- Exposure to observability tools such as LogRocket, Heap, Datadog, or Sentry.
- Knowledge of backend systems or APIs to support integration and testing.
