• Lead the mechanical design team, including hiring, performance evaluations, and professional development.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design within automation or related fields.
• Two years of FAI design engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Pro/Engineer software.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available).
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the year.
