What you will do

• Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new users.
• Provide live in-procedure support to ensure optimal OR workflow, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Manage installations, software updates, and procedural scheduling to maximize case coverage.
• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities for utilization growth and account retention.
• Gather and relay customer insights to Marketing and R&D to inform product and program enhancements.
• Maintain accurate case logs and track surgeon progression through onboarding milestones via Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 75% or greater as necessary.
• Must achieve clinical proficiency to cover cases independently within 60 days post-training.
• Strong interest in medical devices and robotics.
