What you will do

• Lead the development of scalable AI products and infrastructure in a dynamic, incubator-style environment.
• Support and extend CI/CD frameworks for IT services and enterprise network platforms.
• Implement automation to streamline operational IT support workflows and build surveillance tooling into deployment pipelines.
• Manage Kubernetes deployment, implementation, and support across the organization.
• Establish DevSecOps best practices and maintain a high standard of technical documentation.
• Facilitate incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and manage disaster recovery strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure and automating cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or Ruby.
• Strong experience with AWS services and CI/CD workflows using Terraform or equivalent frameworks.
• Expertise in container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Expertise in automating EC2 or container deployment with Terraform.
• Strong network security fundamentals and experience with log aggregation.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
