What you will do

• Manage the operation of enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and security systems.
• Implement and maintain global voice and video communication systems.
• Perform daily administrative tasks, including performance monitoring and root cause analysis.
• Execute network installations and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate with external support and service providers.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN platforms, specifically VMware VeloCloud.
• Strong understanding of WAN technologies and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Proven experience in troubleshooting network outages and incident resolution.
• Ability to work independently within a global team.
