What you will do

• Assist attorneys with propounding and responding to discovery, including interrogatories, requests for admissions, production, and subpoenas.
• Manage comprehensive trial preparation, including witness coordination, travel, exhibits, and trial notebooks.
• Review, organize, and summarize construction documents, contracts, inspection reports, and project files.
• Handle large volumes of discovery using e-discovery platforms and maintain privilege logs.
• Conduct site inspections within Southern California as required.
• Coordinate case status and preparation through routine communication with clients, experts, and attorneys.

Requirements

• Paralegal certification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of California civil litigation (state and federal deadlines and rules).
• High proficiency in MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
