What you will do

• Lead the design and deployment of Microsoft Purview solutions, including Information Protection, DLP, and Insider Risk Management.
• Drive practice development and sales activities, including opportunity origination and deal closure.
• Advise clients on enterprise data governance strategies and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
• Conduct current-state assessments and develop future-state roadmaps for data protection and compliance programs.
• Oversee the integration of Microsoft Purview with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party data sources.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact client engagements on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or compliance consulting.
• Relevant certifications such as SC-400, CIPP, CIPM, CISSP, or CISM.
• Proven experience leading professional services sales in excess of $3M annually.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 compliance solutions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and ISO 27001.
• Ability to travel as needed.
