What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and periodically review privacy policies, standards, and operating procedures.
- Manage core privacy processes including DSARs, RoPA, DPIAs, and vendor privacy reviews.
- Lead privacy-related projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate internal and external audits by gathering documentation and maintaining readiness.
- Assess Privacy by Design forms and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate privacy into products.
- Manage firmwide privacy communications, training cycles, and reporting dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Data Privacy/Science, Information Governance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, or risk management roles.
- Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other global data protection laws.
- Experience with vendor oversight and workflow tools such as OneTrust, TrustArc, Omnea, JIRA, or ServiceNow.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to collaborate across global cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or CIPT.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning models and their associated privacy implications.
- Ability to interpret numeric data for risk analysis and reporting.
