What you will do

• Deliver IOP program curriculum consisting of the Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and CBT sessions.
• Conduct admissions and assessments using ASAM criteria to determine appropriate levels of care.
• Provide individual counseling and empowering crisis support services to IOP patients.
• Develop clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans, meeting regulatory and billing requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, case managers, and referral partners to ensure smooth program operations.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records in compliance with state and BHG regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Licensure Required: MFTC, LPCC, LAC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Must be based in or work on-site in Fort Collins, CO.
• Proven knowledge of human behavior, substance abuse populations, and treatment planning.
• Ability to work independently under pressure while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and sound professional judgment.
