What you will do

• Lead clinical quality management initiatives and supervision-for-supervisors meetings across the geographic network.
• Oversee monthly chart auditing and quality scorecard systems to improve clinical documentation.
• Facilitate clinical training and review course assignments for alignment with state regulations and payor preferences.
• Develop and administer action plans to resolve identified documentation and service delivery deficiencies.
• Identify risks in clinical services and report trends to leadership to implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Regional and Program Directors to standardize best practices for clinical operations.

Requirements

• Licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LAC) and a Master's degree required.
• Minimum five years of experience in clinical supervision or quality assurance.
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and billing/coding auditing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to treatment centers and meetings.
