What you will do
- Manage, configure, and support observability tooling across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Define and deploy monitoring to measure performance, scalability, reliability, and resiliency.
- Build impactful dashboards for infrastructure-level and application-level telemetry.
- Monitor the full application stack, from customer-facing interfaces to backend services and cloud integrations.
- Reduce mean-time-to-discover (MTTD) and mean-time-to-recover (MTTR) through tool improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- 2+ years of administrative experience with Grafana or equivalent observability tools.
- Experience with Terraform (IaC), Python scripting, and configuration tools like Ansible or Puppet.
- Familiarity with Linux-based systems, Git, Jira, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
