What you will do

• Manage, configure, and support observability tooling across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Define and deploy monitoring to measure performance, scalability, reliability, and resiliency.
• Build impactful dashboards for infrastructure-level and application-level telemetry.
• Monitor the full application stack, from customer-facing interfaces to backend services and cloud integrations.
• Reduce mean-time-to-discover (MTTD) and mean-time-to-recover (MTTR) through tool improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 2+ years of administrative experience with Grafana or equivalent observability tools.
• Experience with Terraform (IaC), Python scripting, and configuration tools like Ansible or Puppet.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems, Git, Jira, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
