What you will do

• Build secure, scalable systems and robust backend services and APIs for the wellness platform.
• Partner with Product, Design, and QA teams to bring features from ideation to deployment.
• Contribute to high-level architecture decisions and shape the interaction of microservices.
• Drive engineering excellence through automated testing, code reviews, and effective monitoring.
• Eliminate unnecessary system complexity to deliver high-quality, reliable software.
• Mentor other engineers and foster a culture of curiosity, autonomy, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience developing backend systems for large-scale SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in object-oriented languages such as C#, Java, or Kotlin.
• Proven experience architecting and designing services within a microservices environment.
• Strong skill set in SQL and relational database performance and maintainability.
• Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic or Kibana.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
