What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and exploratory testing sessions for new features.
• Identify, document, and communicate bugs and quality risks clearly to the engineering team.
• Build and maintain a practical regression test suite using automation for stable, repeatable scenarios.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and user workflows.
• Provide a user-first perspective to catch usability issues and edge cases before release.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate test planning, data generation, and script writing.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in manual test design and execution.
• Practical experience writing automated tests using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Ability to create test scenarios based on requirements and designs before development is complete.
• Basic familiarity with Git, GitHub, and pull request workflows.
• Experience using AI tooling to increase productivity in the QA process.
• English: B2 proficiency (spoken and written) required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
• Knowledge of SQL for querying test data and validating results.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and managing test environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility and performance testing.
• Experience working in Agile teams within sprint cycles.
