What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of QA automation and manual engineers.
• Define and execute the QA strategy, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
• Drive the evolution of the test automation framework and the overall QA ecosystem.
• Promote and integrate AI-driven testing approaches and tools within QA processes.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting across multiple projects and releases.
• Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams in an agile, distributed environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a test manager in agile environments.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation with modern frameworks.
• Significant experience with Playwright (strongly preferred), Cypress, or Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and Git workflows.
• University degree in computer science, software engineering or related fields (mandatory).
• Fluent English and Greek, both written and spoken (mandatory).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven testing, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Jira Xray for test management and Confluence for documentation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
