What you will do

• Own and evolve the shared test automation infrastructure, frameworks, and libraries used by engineering teams.
• Design and maintain CI/CD integrations to ensure automated tests run reliably within pull request and deploy pipelines.
• Build AI-powered testing agents to accelerate test generation and improve coverage analysis.
• Develop failure detection and triage systems that surface broken or flaky tests with actionable context.
• Create self-serve tooling and documentation enabling engineers to write and debug tests without specialist support.
• Establish automation standards and collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve quality gaps.

Requirements

• Experience in software quality engineering or SDET roles with a strong focus on tooling and infrastructure.
• Proficiency with TypeScript for building structured test frameworks and automation tooling.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative engineering workflows.
• Experience building test infrastructure including test runners, reporting, and data seeding.
• English: B2+ proficiency (spoken and written) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization and AWS for managing test environments.
• Familiarity with testing challenges in message-driven or distributed systems.
• Knowledge of SQL for test data management and validation.
• Experience with Playwright and Maestro testing frameworks.
• Experience building internal developer tools or platforms.
