TL;DR

Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst (Playwright): Develop and maintain automated regression and acceptance tests for business-critical online payroll solutions with an accent on test reliability in CI/CD environments and bug analysis. Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Cluj-Napoca, Romania

What you will do

• Develop automated regression and acceptance tests using Playwright in cross-functional agile teams.
• Analyze test results and configure tests for reliable execution in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners and developers on bug reporting and analysis.
• Design test strategies, develop testing tools, and contribute ideas for quality improvements.
• Support the team in writing integration tests and establish best practices for automated testing.

Requirements

• Great communication skills in English (German a plus)
• Good knowledge of Playwright with TypeScript or similar framework.
• Familiarity with CI environments like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with automated API testing.
• Team player mindset with strong communication in agile, interdisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI augmented workflows and test approaches.
