What you will do
- Devise and prototype predictive models for blockchain performance, transaction dependencies, and system/user behavior.
- Solve open-ended, greenfield predictive modeling problems using a variety of analytical approaches.
- Implement and maintain production-grade solutions for prediction pipelines.
- Take full end-to-end ownership of production pipelines to directly impact blockchain performance and economics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building predictive models, preferably within HFT firms or traditional tech.
- Expert knowledge of predictive modeling techniques, including linear regression, decision trees, and neural networks.
- Advanced proficiency with numpy and pandas.
- Proven track record of building significant technical projects from scratch.
- Strong ability to work independently and creatively in a self-motivated manner.

- Crypto-native background and familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem.
