What you will do

• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Purview capabilities, including Information Protection, DLP, Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery, and Data Lifecycle Management.
• Align client Microsoft Purview configurations with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and ISO 27001.
• Conduct current-state assessments of data governance and compliance programs and develop future-state roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data classification, retention, and access policies.
• Integrate Microsoft Purview with Microsoft 365, Azure, and other third-party platforms.
• Deliver workshops and training to educate client teams on Microsoft compliance tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, data governance, or compliance consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 compliance solutions.
• Required certifications such as SC-400, CIPP, CIPM, CISSP, or CISM.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and risk management frameworks.
• Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX.
