What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Collaborate with product, mobile, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable AWS cloud-native solutions
• Contribute to system architecture for resiliency, observability, and efficient scaling
• Work with relational databases, optimizing queries and performance
• Implement testing, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and code reviews
• Stay current with technologies and share knowledge

Requirements

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservice architectures
• Building and deploying cloud-native systems on AWS
• Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven patterns, and reliability
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL
• Familiarity with observability tools, Git, CI/CD, Agile, HTTP/S, RESTful APIs, and security
• Clear and confident communication in English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent

Nice to have

• Infrastructure tools like Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes
• Performance tuning, caching, asynchronous processing
