What you will do

• Adhere to safety standards and close safety hazards on site.
• Perform emergency troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation equipment.
• Conduct breakdown analysis, preventive maintenance, and root cause investigations.
• Upgrade hardware/software, install/maintain control systems, and provide system training.
• Prepare reports, communicate findings, and coordinate with teams and contractors.
• Suggest improvements to machine maintenance, PM plans, and component life.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical engineering, robotics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years practical experience with Siemens S5/S7 PLC, Ethernet, Control Logic.
• Knowledge of power distribution, VFD, servo drives, electrical drawings, and safety protocols.
• Experience in production environment with automation technology.
• Strong problem-solving, mechanical aptitude, and communication skills.
• Basic MS Office/SAP knowledge; ability to work day/night shifts under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in F&B or FMCG manufacturing.
• Food safety standards, TPM/WCM, project management tools.
• Ability to lead small teams.
