What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, leading discovery conversations and translating needs into actionable solution designs.
• Design and implement end-to-end data labeling pipelines and AI-driven tooling, including RAGs and synthetic data generation.
• Advise clients on best practices for data collection, quality, and model training workflows.
• Own delivery outcomes by monitoring KPIs such as throughput, quality metrics, and financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal support, infrastructure, and product teams to troubleshoot and optimize solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in South America.
• 3+ years of technical experience as a Solution Engineer, Data Scientist, Data/Systems Analyst, or Technical Project Manager.
• Strong Python skills for data manipulation (NumPy, pandas) and NLP (NLTK, spaCy).
• Experience building lightweight web services using FastAPI or Flask.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, ML/AI, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• English proficiency level B2+ required.

Nice to have

• Experience with crowdsourcing, expert workflows, or large-scale data labeling.
• Experience working on ML training, evaluation, or agentic systems.
• Familiarity with quality frameworks, audits, or data validation pipelines.
