What you will do

• Manage corporate matters, including transactions, governance, and fundraising.
• Attend board meetings for the UK holding company and manage minute-taking.
• Design and implement internal compliance and governance policies through the Risk Committee.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts across the group.
• Advise the business on regulatory changes and conduct horizon scanning.

Requirements

• England & Wales qualified lawyer with 6+ years' PQE.
• Corporate-trained experience in building legal entities and fundraising.
• Professional background in fintech, SaaS, or a top law firm supporting financial services.
• Proven experience in company secretarial and governance matters.
• Location: Must be based in London (office based).
