What you will do

• Design end-to-end member support scenarios, defining inputs, decision logic, and resolution pathways.
• Build and implement AI workflows, including agents, prompts, and system logic within AI tools.
• Translate internal policies and guidelines into actionable logic for AI execution.
• Develop routing and triage frameworks to determine AI resolution versus human escalation.
• Create scalable response frameworks aligned with member experience standards.
• Analyze performance data and feedback to test, validate, and iterate on AI behavior.

Requirements

• Experience working with AI systems, automation tools, or workflow design.
• Strong written communication skills to translate complex processes into structured logic.
• Ability to analyze performance data to generate actionable insights.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (based on U.S. base salary range).
