What you will do

• Collaborate with Product and Data Science to build and refine prompts, pipelines, and model behavior
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and clinical defensibility
• Define and operationalize clinical quality standards for model outputs
• Drive iteration loops between evaluation and model improvement
• Apply clinical judgment in ambiguous documentation scenarios
• Partner cross-functionally to ship products with clinical rigor
• Design and translate physician workflows into AI tasks and product requirements
• Serve as clinical SME for documentation and care delivery processes

Requirements

• MD or DO (or equivalent advanced clinical degree)
• Clinical background with experience in inpatient or acute care settings
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and EHR workflows
• Demonstrated ability to translate clinical thinking into structured systems or processes
• Builder mindset with comfort in ambiguous, evolving products
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to edge cases
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML systems or prompt engineering
• Background in clinical informatics, quality improvement, or workflow design
• Experience working with Product, Engineering, or Data Science teams
• Experience building or scaling systems like evaluation frameworks or workflows
• Previous advising or consulting with healthcare technology companies
