What you will do

• Review and analyze medical records for clinical accuracy in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical documentation and diagnostic models
• Apply coding guidelines and regulations to assign codes to diagnoses and procedures
• Participate in training to stay current on documentation and coding standards
• Contribute to process improvements for better documentation practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare, preferably clinical and documentation/coding
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and healthcare documentation
• Bachelor's degree in health information management, nursing, or related medical field
• Professional certification like CCDS or CPC preferred
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management
