What you will do

• Manage the pre and post implementation process following established organizational standards.
• Act as a technical customer-facing expert to gather requirements and define configuration strategies.
• Develop and document test scenarios for configuration to support QA processes.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for hirify.global products, focusing on configuration and integration capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Development teams to ensure alignment on the product roadmap.
• Generate Professional Services documentation and provide customer training on delivered configurations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in large transformation programs, preferably leveraging agile methodology.
• Proven experience in technical requirements gathering or business analysis.
• Proficiency with API tools and formats: Postman, JSON, SOAP, Oauth, XML, and CSS.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with macros.
• Industry experience in Automotive or Insurance markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
