What you will do

• Analyze business needs and data, transforming them into IT solutions using ERP systems, anticipating risks, and promoting best practices.
• Oversee deployment of functional changes from vendors, including impact analysis, testing, process adaptation, and coordination with departments and vendors.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and track change requests; manage development cycles with project plans, timelines, and business specifications.
• Lead analysis, design, documentation, and implementation of IT solutions and digitization projects, ensuring team involvement.
• Propose and implement process optimizations, best practices in business intelligence, and value-added solutions across the organization.
• Contribute to governance, support users during changes, develop training plans, and maintain system documentation for security and access.

Requirements

• Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written) required for collaboration with stakeholders outside Quebec.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT development or similar role.
• Experience with ERP-integrated systems in Human Resources, Procurement, or Accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
• Strong business and functional analysis skills, requirements gathering, and translating into solutions.
• Experience with ERP implementation projects and/or project management (traditional and agile).

Nice to have

• Oracle Fusion certification.
• Knowledge of Spanish.
