What you will do

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the gaming platform delivery and align cross-functional teams.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into product capabilities and specifications to create a product vision.
• Manage the product roadmap and generate insights based on analytics, feature requests, and software strategy.
• Define and develop user personas through data sources, interviews, and workshops.
• Prioritize the platform backlog based on business value and ROI with clear acceptance criteria.
• Establish feedback loops and ensure constant alignment with other product managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a successful track record.
• Mandatory exposure to the gaming industry.
• Proven experience working closely with technology teams using Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to navigate change and risk.
• Impeccable communication skills in English.
