What you will do

• Own the complete product lifecycle, encompassing discovery, delivery, and performance analysis.
• Optimize key product funnels and deeply analyze customer behavior.
• Generate and validate hypotheses through data, UX research, and A/B testing.
• Manage priorities and navigate competing stakeholder interests in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Marketing, Risk, BI, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong analytical skills, specifically in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and LTV.
• Proven experience in executing A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
• English: B2 or higher required
• Location: Must be based in Minsk, Belarus for hybrid work
