What you will do

• Develop new products, improve existing features, and optimize conversion rates to drive impact.
• Own the end-to-end user experience across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Analyze user behavior using analytics tools to enhance core critical metrics.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs using specifications, UML modeling, and whiteboard discussions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Payments, Customer Support, CRM, Design, and Analytics teams.
• Conduct product and market research to identify trends and strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Solution Architect, System Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Professional experience in E-commerce, FinTech, or iGaming (iGaming is a strong advantage).
• Strong proficiency in developing data-informed products and translating business needs into features.
• Experience with general security technologies, processes, and concepts.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
• English: Fluent (C1) written and verbal proficiency required.
