What you will do

• Ideate, prototype, and test product concepts across different platforms, primarily in Figma.
• Support user research activities, learning from senior designers and gradually increasing involvement.
• Design solutions for small features with autonomy and collaborate on medium-sized features.
• Use and apply design systems to ensure consistency in visuals and user experience.
• Actively participate in agile workflows and continuous delivery environments.
• Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively, highlighting their potential impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
• 1 or 2 years of experience in Product design, preferably in fintech, HR tech, or benefits.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
