What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, addressing their specific security needs and goals.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to ensure solutions are aligned with customer requirements.
• Lead technical Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and manage pre-deployment readiness.
• Resolve complex post-sales technical issues to ensure successful implementation and value delivery.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing customer security posture through platform integrations.
• Conduct technical training for customer teams to facilitate seamless adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the cybersecurity landscape.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• In-depth knowledge of SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
• Strong proficiency in networking protocols, firewalls, and network-based attacks.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across diverse environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written English skills and experience presenting to executives.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with DevOps technologies.
• Experience in Incident Response (IR) operations.
